- 'Walk' (in a handstand) the 30 metres and 4 stairs from my kitchen to the lounge.
- Run a sub 3hr marathon
- finish 4 marathons in the year
- finish a 100k race.
- break a world record (don't know what yet...)
- Compete in a triathlon
- learn to swim front crawl
- cycle 1,000 miles in a single week
- run over 2,500 miles in the year
- Cycle over 5,000 miles in the year
Numbers 1,4 & 8 are more demanding
Number 5 will be tough, but I'll have to see what sport i can excel in or find a record that has not been broken yet..
